Fengshui
Feng Shui, translating to "wind-water" are key natural elements that flow and circulate everywhere on Earth, is rooted in Taoism and views the environment as filled with various forms of energy (qi or chi), both positive and negative. It is sometimes called Chinese geomancy. Its goal is to organize living and workspaces to attract positive qi, creating harmony and supporting various aspects of life such as health, relationships, wealth, and career relative to the individual’s energy residing in that space. Feng Shui identifies energy meridians in your internal and external spaces, including nearby streets, mountains, or streams, to maximize the flow of Qi energy (“Compass” School), along with the influence of time, or the current year’s energy (“Flying Stars” School) affecting the energy of the living space. Based on the principles of the Lo Shu square, the stars (i.e., type of different universal energies) change their positions annually, affecting the energy of a space and potentially impacting the well-being of the individual(s) residing there.
Feng Shui is not about superficial aspects like interior design or color schemes but focuses on understanding the auspicious and inauspicious Qi energy of a specific environment. It uses mathematical formulas to discern the appropriate energy of a living space, emphasizing the external environment, internal environment, influence of time, and the people living in the residence.
Feng Shui assessments can be beneficial for condo, rental properties, and home residences, especially in situations such as moving into a new space, feeling weighed down by the home's energy, or wanting to tap into the wealth and health energy of your home.
Requirements for a Feng Shui consultation include blueprints of the residence plan, the year the residence was built, and the birthdates of household members. Also please send any videos of surrounding areas and interior of your space as consultation may be done at a distant.
Pricing depends on the type of residence, starting at $495 for 1800 sq feet or less condo or home, $295 for a specific room or small office space, and $195 for annual assessment to be aligned with current year’s energy influence.

Our Fengshui Practitioner(s)
After leaving her career in high-tech corporate finance and financial advisory, Fran began her studies in Feng Shui with Master Paul Yan since 2015. She further expanded her knowledge by studying Bazi, iChing, and Feng Shui under Grand Master Raymond Lo of Hong Kong. True to her explorative nature, Fran spent the last three years studying shamanism under the guidance of a master shaman from Siberia. Fran delved into the realms of energy healing seeking to integrate these new practices with Taoism, where she saw many parallels with the five elements, Chinese zodiac animals embodying yang and yin forms of the five elements to represent key energies in the universe. She found these Chinese zodiac animals reflected in the protective toli’s of Siberian and Mongolian traditions. Moreover, she had learned about the Taoist Seven Stars Path which is the path of the Big Dipper pattern when she first studied Feng Shui. This constellation is associated with the Bear Energy, a concept present in Siberia, Mongolian, and North American shamanic traditions. Fran continues to practice Feng Shui, offering assistance to both her friends and clients. Fran’s journey now guides her towards an awakening from within, embracing the endless essence of the light. In her personal time, she is an avid traveller, having visited six continents and 43 countries.
